Online Payments

1. Introduction

By making a payment through our website or online payment link, you agree to these Online Payment Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  Payments are processed in USD.

3. Payment for Services

Online payments may be used for deposits, repair balances, parts orders, or other agreed-upon charges related to trailer service and repair.

4. Deposits
Some services may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

5. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payment must be received in full before the trailer is released.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds on completed work. Deposits may be non-refundable if work or parts have already been ordered.

7. Estimates & Adjustments
Online payments based on estimates are subject to change if additional repairs or parts are required. Any price changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

8. Security
All payments are processed securely through PayTrace using encrypted connections. We do not store your card information.

9. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, you are responsible for making alternative payment arrangements promptly.

10. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
